This is a miniature jack that looks very similar to a Simplex Railroad Jack. Could be that it wasn't made to miniaturize a Simplex R.R. Jack, but it sure looks like one.
It stands approx. 12" tall and is made of cast iron. It was made by the ELITE MFG. CO. of Ashland, O.
