    My husband found this under an addition he had taken off our house here in TN, the addition was added around 1920, house built 1900. It is 7 inches long and 3/4 inch wide at the middle and weighs between 1/2 and 3/4 pound. Never painted, has a worn shiny finish, any info would be helpful. thanks.

      Appears to be a waterline ship model. The model represents the part of the ship above the waterline, hence the name. Many companies made them, the cross on the stack might identify it.
