I went to the local Goodwill looking for a project to use in a film and I saw this little guy. For $.99, I couldn't resist. Got it home, cleaned it up and put in some fresh batteries and after a few minutes, it decided to work.
But I have no idea what it is. Any help would be great.
And how to work it. :-)
