    This lamp and it's variations were designed in 1928 by Leroy C. Doane for Miller Company in Meriden, CT, USA.

    US Patent No. 1,818,120 - Filed July 7, 1928

    Attribution to Walter von Nessen or K.E.M. Weber is false.
