Smart piece from under appreciated maker.
Is there a name for this style ? Specifically items with raised overlay panels ? Biedermeier seems to be liberally used.

A term which is used is 'Listovane' for the panel cutting. The Czechs call the type of glass these days "Luxusni Sklo" or "Listovacka".
