These 2 cobalt blue tophats at yardsale. One looks to be an ashtray the other Im not sure about . There about 3 1/2 " tall. Found one like these in the 2009 antiques and collectibles price guide as a novelty item that sold for over $1.300 .
Thanks...I never thought of candle holders...I was thinking of ashtray and maybe shot glass.
