Well no one had the answer. Here it is. I made this engine when I was around 14 -16 years old. It was made by hand with hacksaws and files and a soldering iron. I made it from a plan I found in a popular mech. or mech. illistrated magazine. I have not been able to find the origional plan on line. Its what was called "Candle motor". One would put a candle in front of the tube and start the motor by spinning the flywheel. I also was able to make it work by blowing into it.
