Here is a 5"W amber speckled glass fish with purple border accents from Thames Glass of Newport RI, with signature on underside. Thames Glass was founded by Matthew Buechner in 1981

DejaVu thank you for your fabulous praise for this fish and I totally agree the pose is great, the upturned mouth and fins as a bottom stand were exactly why I loved this guy, reminds me of the classic Blenko or Rainbow big glass fish of the 60s-70s. Odd but super colors aren't they, the orangey amber & purple speckling are really unusual and cool
