This piece is a bit of an odd one and i cannot make my mind up to if its very old or possibly modern ?.Made of either Bronze or Brass it has a cast base and pourers, whilst the other parts are not cast and are riveted or brazed ? in place. Measures 13.5 cm long x 5.5 cm high and a great deal of work has gone into its construction. Possibly Pharmaceutical or Chemist uses, but i really have no idea. Any info appreciated.
