    I thought this was a ice house block cutting/chipping. No markings or logos. 15" long x 7-1/2" at the top about 1/8" thick steel and heavy about 4 lbs.
    Anyone know about this ? Just liked ìt on sight
    Update: it has been determined that this a crash ax for airplane Ww2. Thanks for input.

      My father brought one home from WW2 , he was a aviator , the axe was next to him in the plane to cut yourself out if crashed, survived and contained. I still have his. Cool piece !
