This diorama appears to be old. Would anyone know much about it and where it might of been made? Also could it have been hand made by Anri. Thank you

      Nan24, Very cute. :-)

Like Lata, I knew nothing, so I had to look up Anri:

      *snip*

Alois Riffeser (1872-1912) travelled as a merchant to the major European cities to sell figurines and toys which were bought from different farmers of the Gröden Valley. His son Josef Anton Riffeser (1912-1945) founded the ANRI Company in 1912 which he named using the first two letters of his first and last name.

      *snip*

There are ANRI products at Replacements dot com (but no dioramas/shadow boxes):

      Here's another ANRI diorama/shadow box:

I don't know if yours is an ANRI, because they aren't always signed.

      Nan24, you're quite welcome. :-)

Like I said, I don't know if your diorama is an ANRI or not. For one thing, the people of the Gröden Valley have been doing wood carvings for centuries, and not all of them are ANRI.

It might not even be from the Gröden Valley, but it's very cute.
