This little 3 inch knife has no markings other than USA on the blade. Bottle opener ? on opposite end of blade. Looks to have a wire or corkscrew blade broken off. Just liked it. Any one know maker?

No clue to help determine its maker, but it does very much look like those 'folding tools' used by servers to uncork/open wine bottles at one's restaurant dinner table...? At a glance it seems just barely different in design than most of those I have, but would still include all the pertinent parts -- a knife blade to cut the foil seal open, (missing) corkscrew, and lever-like end to subsequently pry/pull the cork out...?
