Hello I have this vintage jug and think it’s Italian, I have no idea how old it is. I’ve just rediscovered it. Hopefully someone can help with more information about it please

I believe you are correct...
"San Gimignano is an Italian hill town in Tuscany, southwest of Florence."
almost certainly Italian, looks like a Deruta piece
