Yes, another boxful of old trains -- starting out with loco #736 and LIONEL LINES tender, that appear to be a set. Guessing (only!) they are roughly 1950's vintage because they look and feel right for that, I really don't know because there's a *ton* of Lionel stuff out there to dig thru to attempt to narrow them down to anything, and I haven't had the time. <groan>

    Suggestions and clues welcomed!!

Think I have some track and an old transformer I need to dig up..

Oddly enough Dave, that's the thing I *haven't* discovered yet -- no track at all, and just the little antique transformer that goes with the bigger locomotive I showed earlier.

Of course, there's the box somewhere in the basement that's got *my own* toy trains in it...IIRC they're about the same size as these, and there should be some track and a larger transformer with it...??

I'll find my stuff. I think my track will fit these(its large early track)...what is spacing between the wheels? And my transformer is super old. Needs to be tested...you don't want an electric fence..lol
