The cover of Portrait is a blast from the past.
My Mom bought that album for us when we were kids.
      I was 11.
They had recently guest-starred on an episode of "It Takes A Thief" with Robert Wagner.
A 'live' broadcast of the band performing "One Less Bell" had three hidden high-frequency notes added at the end of the song that would break glass and set off a nearby bomb.
Al Mundy got to the bomb in time and avoided tragedy with the help of band.
The first time we played it, I was a little disappointed that those notes weren't there. It was explained to me why they took them out.
Still, every time I hear that song,
I mentally add in those last three notes.
Thanks for the memory jog, Vynil, ol' pal!
