    This is an 11", 4 1/2 pound fuschia signed art glass vase. It is signed with initials that look like SVC or SKC. It has a label on the bottom that reads "Fuschia $368."

      The only clue I can give is that it would be an American artist.
      They are the only ones that sign the side and not the base.
