      Yes, cop the cream milk bottles have a face on the top bulb of them. Baby top milk bottles were first introduced in the mid 1930s & these "cop the creams" hit the dairy market shortly afterwards as their competitors. There was a law suit that followed & both types were allowed to continue producing their style of bottles.

      Cop the creams were shaped with different facial features & policeman's hat while baby tops were shaped to represent more of a baby's head.
