One of my lighting projects... this was one of 25 pole-mounted lamps from the Dayton (OH) airport. I replaced the pole with BX cable to simulate rope, passed it through an antique pulley and wired for my backyard studio.

AnythingObscure - Thanks! You have a great collection of... everything. I'd need a pole barn to house all that.

Why Bugguy, what a KIND thing to say!!! <LOL>

Oh how I wish I had a pole barn... <sigh>

If you haven't noticed my relatively recent posting here, you still don't really know how much I could REALLY use a pole barn...but my neighborhood association probably wouldn't permit that. I *have* pondered how I could sneak a slightly smaller storage structure into my backyard anyway, whether they notice it or not...the way my lot slopes, it *could* remain totally out of view from the street...? <LMAO>
