Hires Root Beer / Blue Ridge Bottling Co.

New to my collection is this paper label Hires Root Beer Bottle. I know there are a ton of Hires bottles out there but this one is a bit special to me. First off it was bottled by Blue Ridge Bottling Co. in St. Louis. From 1942-1949 Blue Ridge had changed its name to the Hires Bottling Company. Also, it has a Good Housekeeping note on the neck label. I do see Good Housekeeping Seals on bottles from time to time. But it also has an American Medical Assc. note on the neck label. I don't recall seeing this mark on sodas before. Was curious if any one else has?
