I love this piece - the color the style but have no information on it. Would appreciate comments and help as to country of origin, age, and maker. It measures 13" tall at spout and has a seashell theme. Is the handle a sea serpent? It has wings and is coming out of a seashell. Thought it was a dragon at first but now I don't think so. It is signed and numbered on bottom gl I think and numbered. It also has 3349 imprinted on base near signature. Comments appreciated and welcome.
