      yes, Japanese, beautiful akasuke (pigeon blood) vase with clear enamel on a silvered surface that has been impressed with a design, and with wires for the rose bouquet motif.

      These were produced for export by several of the big cloisonne studio from about 1920 to 1960, you might have a mark on the base to tell you which one.
