    This is a Sowerby milk glass spill vase in the form of a wooden bucket, in the 1882 Sowerby catalogue as pattern 1569. It is 6cm. tall, decorated with what appear to be cherries and glows under UV light. The registered design lozenge shows III (glass), 11 (11th.), W (March), E (1881), it is from a batch of numbers 362734-44. Thanks to great-glass.co.uk for this information.

      I think it was called "Queen's Ivory Ware" in the UK, AKA custard glass in the US of A...

      Thanks kwqd, after research I found Sowerby called it Patent Ivory Queen's Ware probably after the earlier Wedgwood Queen's Ware china. It was patented in 1878.
