Such "Tales of the Tape" were generic as seen in the first and third examples. The promoters would send these out to the various closed circuit venues, who would then add their own info, as seen in the second example.
Incidentally, the Reading, PA site should have been spelled "Rajah".
I obtained these many years ago while on one of my visits to Muhammad Ali's training camp in Deer Lake, PA.
