I found this ring and I can not figure out who this maker is. The ring is carved green stone with a dragon motif. Inside is a silver plaque that says LYDIA 925. I assume the 925 is sterling but I cannot find a maker named Lydia that makes anything similar nor can I find any jewelry with the same plaque.
