Oh wow. This is actually pretty spectacular when together with it's leather piece and does appear to be Native American made but can only be attributed as such until you are able to perhaps prove that it was made by a certain person or tribe.
And first off, you have to give details as what it's made of, the size, show all sides etc... I mean that could be anywhere from 1" to way big. Is it wood? Stone? Bone? and so on. If you could say where you got this from might help as well.
To me, it appears to be maybe an authentic toy for a child. Interested to see more!
I did take a closer peek at it and the stitches are definitely machine made, this could even be a project done by the girlscouts...possibly.
