This is a plate from the dulyovo porcelain factory in Russia. It's more commenly known as dulevo porcelain and from what I've gathered the words in the center say St Petersburg. The only thing I've been able to find about the ship is that it looks like a pre dreadnaught class and is most likely pre WWII. The painting looks to perfect to be hand painted to me and makes me think it's a transfer. If anyone could put a date or any info about it that would be great!

Hi there. This is Dulevo porcelain: a factory which was originally established in 1832 by Terenti Kuznetsov. But the mark you have is the Falcon mark. That suggests a date after 1958 when they exhibited a porcelain figurine named Falcon which won the grand prix during the Brussels World's Fair. As you’ve worked out some marks include a date but not all. Yours has the IC mark indicating First Quality. I agree that it is transfer printed.

Hey Thanks a lot for the info I appreciate it. I had a feeling it was more modern made than some of the older plates that people are asking quite a bit for.I've seen the mark on a few other plates online all with different numbers but the same falcon Mark. I tried to find something about the plate going off the numbers but haven't had any success. I assumed the numbers meant it was part of a set but the content seems more like a memorbelia kind of thing. Anyway thanks again for a date!
