This appears to be vaseline glass w/ a white layer inside. i'm not quite sure whether that would be considered 'cased' or not. it's a little over 12" tall. Nice polished pontil on the base, but i couldn't find a signature anywhwere. any info appreciated!

any idea where, when, by whom?
A case is usually considered a layer of glass, so you might say this is white with a green and then clear casing.
Is that green a black light glow or just the glass colour?
that's the real glass color racer. i'll get some more photos soon as it is part of my new box wall at the nursery.
