Can someone help me read this silver mark?

In Silver > Silver Plates > Show & Tell.
Efesgirl's likes1 of 363Made on a MondayThese 2 items were picked up at thrift store. I can see the necklace says BISOU but the small brooch is a mystery. Any help?

    I love this piece! But I don't know anything about it? It's some type of silver or silver plate, but I don't read silver marks and there are a lot of different marks for silver. I was hoping someone here could tell me something about it. Thanks in advance :)

      M.H. & Co can be Martin, Hall & Co.
