i have this, i find beautiful , sputnik chandelier
furthermore, all i know is that its very heavy

Its very hard to say, the glass has a touch of Paolo Venini but it isn't quite to the style or finish of VeArt, so I would say that its manufacturer may be lost in time. Paolo Venini is a good enough place to start research though.
