    I have previously posted a shallow pedestal footed Welz bowl without its (brass?) pedestal/plinth.
    This is a clear ground purple/lilac spatter bowl with a pronounced foot - such as might take a pedestal mount in a base metal.
    The bowl is 22cm in diameter, the foot 7.5cm in diameter.
    Unknown at present. With a lean to Welz from me.
