I found this in a pile of art and prints. It's a woodblock print by l Gruner of a work by rapheal if I'm reading it correctly. I don't know much about it except it's a woodblock and watercolor.

The German engraver Ludwig Gruner was often working as an wall decoration designer and I think is one of his designs.

MPKunst is right it is the inverse of a Raphael in the Vatican : The Creation of the Sun and Moon . Everyone goes to the Vatican to see the Sistine Chapel by Michelangelo. But no one is able to get into the Loggia of Raphael. It is said to be better than the Sistine Chapel. Michelangelo did a version of this scene of God creating the Sun Moon .... bare bum. Raphael's version is clothed buttocks. Interestingly Catherine the Great did a copy of the Raphael Loggia in the Hermitage where you can see the Creation of Sun and Moon.

      Obscure but fabulous !!!
