I need help to identify who made this item, it is copper on steel i think. it is very heavy there are marking they read flcr 578 as you can see in the picture

Did you ever find anything more about the stand? I have one very similar but it has a 3 bulb lamp on a rod that extends about 2 feet upwards from the table. Thanks for any information you can give. -Kevin
