    Old family 3 handled stoneware from estate sale. This gentleman traveled extensively. Any information would be appreciated- bottom mark looks Japanese but not sure. About 9 inches tall- check my newest posting showing the Japanese inscription

      I'm reading some letters rather than character on the right .... ???Ein?aram.

      Rub some white Talc powder over the marks, dust excess off -- and take more pics and start another post on this item with those new pics.

      Thank you so much antique rose tried the talc powder and within the circle it is Japanese script maybe the artist and in English it is made in Japan guessing around 1921-thanx

      I can make out the letters Eintaram . hope that helps. I don't see Japanese script either.
