Yes, Ive seen one very much like it. I believe it to be a Middle Eastern design.
It is very much like symbols on Oriental rugs.
The Iranians work a lot in copper and silver- worth checking out.

It looks very Art Deco to me, the design and the geometrics around the edges. Cool piece.
