No, this one is not related and I do not even know who she is. I found her driving around inside a local shop and kind of fell for her. Then I found bonus photos behind the photo that I bought. The larger photo appears to be the same woman and, I assume, the other is her husband. The back of the close up of the lady states:

Newark New Jersey
Does anyone recognize her?
