    W H Grindley Pottery Company the Sailboat ship mark puts it @
    c.1936-54 I would like to exact on the year made. I call it a gravy Boat with attached plate (one piece).

      Most companies made a pattern for a number of years, not just 1 year only, after paying to get the pattern developed and all the actual transfer patterns and pottery molds/forms made up to come up with a dinnerware set...
