    This is a hand painted plate. I think it is really old - maybe 17c.
    From the tip shop! It's strange the things people throw out.

      It's likely to be an chinese export piece from late 18c. I am surprised it's dumped. Can be more certain if the bottom was exposed.

      This style started in qianlong period and ends in taokuang/daoguang period. In other words, late 18c and early 19c. For this particular one, for the quality of painting, I would thought it’s from qianlong era.

      I had a look on eBay and they were only a bit over $100. When I look on the back it has a hairline crack which has an old staple across it. I actually like things with a staple repair. Means someone liked it once. :)
