      I just found a plate on ebay with this mark and a TOYO mark. Still nothing more than that. its listed under vintage Toyo Japan plate.

      It is Toyo. I have an absolutely beautiful 6" Toyo Ginger jar, black with white flowers. The exact design with center gold stem white dot flowers.
